Wanted: Managing Director

We are seeking a Managing Director to lead our studio. The ideal candidate should have at least 7–10 years of experience in the sports industry and/or in graphic design, (sports) marketing, or advertising within an agency setting. If you are a natural linchpin with a passion for sports and are ready for a 32–40 hour per week job in Den Bosch, come hunt with us!

About you:

We are seeking a dynamic Managing Director to lead our team and drive the operation of the agency. The Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of agency operations, including business development, client management, financial management, and team leadership. You are a team player and can empower and motivate people.

What we need:

• Lead and motivate the teams
• Experience in the sports industry and/or agencies
• Ownership on projects and clients
• Excellent in client management
• Business Development skills
• Strategy and consultancy skills
• Entrepreneurship
• Analytical and forward-thinking
• Persuasiveness and presentation skills
• Verbal and written skills in both Dutch and English
• At least 7 years experience at the agency side in advertising, (sports)marketing, or PR
• Sense of creation and content
• Passion for sports
